Publishers seem to be afraid to pick up the material due to pressure from the deep-pocketed oil companies to keep this information suppressed.

There may be some books available on building a hydrogen fuel cell that uses pure hydrogen, although that actually may not be the best option for you if you are planning to use hydrogen to save gas.
