Homemade Hydrogen Generator Will Save You Money on Gas Every Day!

With gas prices continuing to empty our pockets, thousands of people are turning to a simply system which is basically a homemade hydrogen generator in order to supplement their gasoline usage and save money at the pump.

The principle behind a homemade hydrogen generator is that hydrogen can be effectively extracted from water using a simple process know as electrolysis. Don't be fooled by the scientific sound of the word, as a matter of fact it barely merits being called a "process". Electrolysis is simply running a current through water. In our case the homemade hydrogen generator uses a current flowing through a relatively small reservoir filled with water.

The reservoir is mounted underneath the hood of the vehicle and is the core of the homemade hydrogen generator, as it generally hold the water as well as housing the electrical parts for electrolysis atop the cover. During the process the special hydrogen gas, also known as HHO is extracted from the water. The resulting gas mixture is 2/3 hydrogen gas and 1/3 oxygen. This mixture then travels from the homemade hydrogen generator to the engines air intake, and then into the combustion chamber itself.

The purpose of the homemade hydrogen generator is not to replace gasoline, only to supplement it's usage. Many people have began using the homemade hydrogen generator simply because it increases the fuel economy of any vehicle and also results in cleaner emissions and more power in most cases.

The homemade hydrogen generator itself can be built using very inexpensive parts from the hardware store. You may also want to wire the electrolysis setup to automatically begin sending current as soon as the key is placed in the ignition position. By doing so, you won't have to fuss with switches and it will begin generating the HHO gas immediately.

If you're not sure exactly how to do this, or don't know which parts to get, I highly suggest that you visit my review of the Top 3 Guides available. These guides are not required for the project but will show you step-by-step how to do the whole conversion and instead of spending all weekend trying to figure out everything, you can complete the whole project in an hour or so.
